| The privately owned, former french railway SNCF, 2-8-2 "Mikado" 141 R # 1207 (built by the Montreal Locomotive Works) on a test run with 40 empty Eaos freight cars with a load of about 880 ton from Winterthur freight yard to Romanshorn is running along the canal in Bürglen. Later this locomotive was taken out of service for revision, but the project was stopped in the middle of it and the single parts of the locomotive are still stored in Winterthur. |
