Summer Looping. NJ Transit Train 4741 has NJTR 4201 (GP40PH-2B, ex-Conrail 3053 GP40, exx-Penn Central 3053, neé-New York Central Railroad 3053) in the lead as it comes around the loop in Bay Head, New Jersey on the afternoon of Saturday, August 3, 2019. In the next months, the control point and switches at "Borne" would be cut in, making it possible to use the loop or pull directly into Bay Head yard to facilitate turning the train and/or have the motor east out for fueling.
