| Welcome to the Vermont Rail System! In late April, Vermont Rail System agrees to acquire the New England Southern Railroad as it’s latest affiliate. On a May 4 PR shoot, the NEGS SW1500 2555 was briefly posed atop the Brochu Trestle in North Concord, NH.
