| Being serviced in Amtrak’s Ivy City locomotive shop are AMTK AEM-7ACs 908 and 943. Built in 1980 and 1982, these two electric locomotives are nearing the end of their service on Amtrak, and will be retired in 2016. (Washington DC – January 22, 2015). Photographed on railroad property with permission and full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). |
