| The remnants of the previous days winter storm, the “Bomb Cyclone” that ravaged the Midwest and the mountain states in March of 2019 leaves a beautiful evening glint on Amtrak’s California Zephyr shown here 45 min late. Heavy snow left a fabulous winter scene with preserved snow flock lining the valleys leading to the Great Divide. High winds typically strip the evergreen of snow flock before it has a chance to melt off. Shot on Mavic Pro 2 with heated battery. |
