| The 567 local has 1 car for spotting at the West Rock Plant in Cedar Rapids. The local can do this work going either direction on their Manchester Turn, but coming back south they are limited to size due to crossings. So tonight they decided to do the work going north which requires the car to be ran around and shoved in. This customer is reach via a spur track located on the old Milwaukee Road mainline that ran between Green Island and Council Bluffs. About 3/4 mile is left of that mainline for access to this plant.
