| After finishing work at Port Reading Yard, Conrail's OI16 proceeds south towards Browns Yard. NS 1705 is the second unit. Both units are ex-Erie-Lackawanna SD45-2 locomotives. At the time of this photograph, the Garden State Secondary (former Chemical Coast Secondary) followed DCS (Form D) rules. |
