| Norfolk Southern manifest train 18M (Elkhart, Indiana to Linwood, North Carolina) is seen passing the location the railroad refers to as "Kumis." This line, which is the Norfolk Southern Whitethorne District was once the Virginian Railway. NS typically uses this line to run heavy Eastbound manifest and unit trains as the grade is less severe than the grade on the Christiansburg District. |
