Passing the Union Pacific’s Carmenita Yard is UP train M-WCAN1-06, the Anaheim Hauler. This train departed West Colton Yard at 4:35 am and got to Carmenita at 09:57 am as it headed to Anaheim (where it would arrive at 10:45 am – just a "quick" 6 hours and 10 minutes to make the 68?-mile trip). The hostlers in West Colton put UP 1111, the railroad’s "Powered by Our People" engine, as the second unit – unfortunately. (Santa Fe Springs, California – July 6, 2020)
