| The NS "Training First Responders" Operational Awareness and Response Safety Train heads west on the Norfolk Southern Lehigh Line to its next safety stop after spending a few weeks in the New Jersey. The locomotive was rebuilt in May 2006 from GP38 NS 2923 (former CR 7868/PC 7868). |
