Speeding through Sparks. Sparks, Nevada that is, as Amtrak Train 6 (California Zephyr) heads east next to the Truckee River on the afternoon of July 26, 2020. Webb Rail LLC - WEBX's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044) and former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) held the markers on this trip, both excellent platforms for taking in the beautiful scenery.
