| This Phoenix to Chicago Q-trains pokes along climbing the .80% grade out of Elmer. The Marceline dispatcher is in a hot hurry to get this train crossover to main #1 at LaPlata to get 2 hot Z-trains right behind them around the slow poke train. I was hoping for a couple junker dash 9's for smoke, but only 1 unit running and newer C4, wasn't quite what I wanted. Trains sure don't move at the rate they use to on this speedy Transcon highway. |
