| Pandemic Parking Lot: One effect of the COVID-19 Pandemic can be witnessed in this photo: a totally empty commuter parking lot. Here, a rush-hour train from Newark Penn Station to High Bridge makes a station stop at White House Train Station with no passengers boarding or disembarking. In the distance, NJ Transit work crews and police can be seen tending to a malfunctioning railroad crossing system. NJT 7048 (MultiLevel Cab Car) is on the rear. |
