| Business is good on the Dakota and Iowa Railroad that the tonnage rounded up by the Hawarden/Hudson turn was too big for the road train to pick up so the turn with 2 GP9's ran south to Sioux City with around 60 cars of mostly ethanol. The train is seen here making 30mph on the BNSF by the elevator just north of Jefferson, SD. Behind the 2505 (built for the NP) is #7, the last ex MILW GP on the DAIR roster. |
