| The American Association of Private Rail Car Owners special arrives at Center Rutland at lunchtime on October 1. The riders enjoyed the upgraded line’s new passenger speed as the train headed south from Burlington to Rutland and on to Albany. The VRS portion used VTR GP40-2 307 ahead of the 8 cars. |
