With California wildfire smoke tinted sun for a background, the UP/CP oil train is creeping across the approach to Bridge 14. The dispatcher just "talked by" the crew against a red signal, as the bridge is having some issues with a derail. Note the CP 7102 Heritage unit trailing in the consist.
