| In order to handle cars in the Erman Scrap Yard in Kansas City, Kansas, a GE 55-ton diesel that formerly belonged to the US Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Mines was acquired. Engine 1038 still carried the logo for the BOM when photographed on September 17, 2010. Photographed on private property with permission and full PPE. |
