| This view of a southbound CTrail train shows how much the Amtrak Springfield Line has been shoehorned between the CTfastrak busway and Interstate 84. That's the busway's Sigourney Street station. Plans are underway to move the expressway off the viaduct and down to slightly below ground level, which will necessitate moving the rail line and cutting it off from the existing Hartford Union Station. |
