I’ve been making it a point to shoot Amtrak, specifically the Capitol Limited in my area, for quite some time now when I have a free day. Not only can I plan shots according to the days schedule, but riding the rails is something else, an experience you can’t get anywhere else. Now a days, the car count has dwindled and the long distance trains have had their schedule reduced. I’m glassing it now because we’re watching these days of majestic passenger adventures call their last clear signals right before our eyes.
