CSX northbound mixed freight Q692 glides across the scenic Pool Point trestle on their way NB into the yard at Shelby, Ky, a few miles up the road. Three CSX Ge products lead the short 3000 foot long train over the Russell Fork as the fall colors explode around them. Pool Point is quite popular with the bridge jumpers in the area, and a quick Youtube search will pull up several results of what goes on... This was yet another bucket list location that I am glad to have checked on the list.
