The now-abolished Dover, NJ based NS H02 sits on the Orange Running Track preparing to access to the Orange Industrial Track to service Hartz Mountain in Bloomfield, NJ. The Orange Running and Industrial tracks have not seen a train since approximately 2010 and a good portion of these tracks have been torn up. In this photo, NS 5638 was fresh off of its rebuild. Before its rebuild, it was a GP38 (NS 2950, and earlier: CR/PC 7911). From 1963 until 2002, this track was used as the eastern portion of the Boonton Line.
