Since change of timetable on december 13th, the Südostbahn (SOB) is running the trains over the Gotthard mountain line, in co-operation with the SBB. The trains are running between Basel/Zürich and Bellinzona til april 2021, then to and from Locarno. The 8-car TRAVERSO RABe 526 # 208/108 of the Südostbahn, built by StadlerRail, is running the "Treno Gottardo" IR 2417 of the line IR 46 from Zürich via Zug-Arth Goldau-Erstfeld-G?schenen-Airolo-Biasca to Bellinzona, between Claro and Castione-Arbedo.
