| UP's Torrance Local power sits unprotected along the LA River when not in use (as there is no safe place to store the power without adding hours of work to the job to go get the power and bring it to the yard). Sadly the power gets obliterated by local taggers. Here it crosses the 110 Freeway on its way back to LA. |
