Chicago, Fort Wayne, and Eastern 3487 (née-UP 3501, SD40-2) and BNSF Railway 3914 (ET44C4) meet just west of Sohl Avenue in Hammond, Indiana on the afternoon of Sunday January 31, 2021. The day's snow is still falling, and would total just over a foot. Both trains are heading for Indiana Harbor Belt's Blue Island Yard.
