Amtrak Phase III Heritage Unit #145 has remade an appearance on the Pennsylvanian. #145 is one of the only Heritage Units to be able to operate the Pennsylvanian due to the signalling system on the Keystone Corridor. Here we see #42 (NS 07T) roll into Altoona by the now closed, ALTO Tower.
