Often times many railfans and photographers line up along the walkway across from the Altoona Transportation Center to get a good view of Amtrak's Pennsylvanian, and I was no exception. Here, P42DC 99 brings up the eastbound train number 42, complete with a Viewliner Baggage Car, added to the consist in recent years.
