One of the treats around the South Chicago, Illinois/Northwest Indiana stateline is the South Chicago & Indiana Harbor Railway, which was known as the Chicago Short Line until 2003. SCIH (CSL) 30, 31 and 28 make a pickup at ArcelorMittal. SCIH 30 and 31 are SW1500’s and 28 being a SD1001.
