"Make Shift S Ball"

One of the NYS&W's 4 "new" SD70M-2's, #4060, is seen leading the railroads pair of SD33-ECO's west across the Oakland Trestle.. The #4060 is currently the railroads only SD70M-2 with PTC to lead over NJ Transit making this only the 2nd time one has led the road freight west, although the previous time it only made it as far as Warwick on the point due mechanical issues.
