| A special Amtrak move of the Avelia Liberty trainset heads down the NS Southern Tier and climbs the grade in Attica, New York bound for the Alstom plant in Hornell. The trainset has just completed 14 months of testing at the TTCI facility in Pueblo, Colorado. |
