| As the morning shadows slowly move out of the bottom of the canyon, Union Pacific #8015 leads an empty coal train Eastbound down the N. Fork Branch and alongside the Gunnison River, just South of the siding at Bridgeport. This location is near Milepost 28 which is how many miles out of Grand Jct. and the train will continue another 66 miles to the W. Elk coal mine located at the very end of the Branch.
The rear DP's can also be seen back at the end of the train. |
