| This crew just boarded this North Bay Z-train 7 miles back at Fort Madison. The crew has the throttle in the left corner as they get their legs stretch out on the Marceline Sub. The train passes under a retired ex-Santa Fe signal bridge at MP 241. A handful of ATSF signals made into late 2019 for some reason. Most of the stuff on the Marceline was changed out in 2012-13 with PTC improvements, but 5-6 signals stood the test of time and lasted another 6 years. In 2020 just shells remain of time that once was. |
