| Looking down from one of the many highway overpasses found in Vicksburg, Mississippi, we find a westbound Kansas City Southern mixed freight being led by a General Electric Tier 4 emissions compliant locomotive. This train will soon cross the Mississippi River and travel through the northern part of the state of Louisiana. |
