| "TC-82 visits Hempstead"
On June 9th 2021, Long Island Rail Road's "TC-82" Track Geometry Vehicle is seen conducting inspections on Track 7 at Hempstead station. Once complete, the track car will inspect all of the yard tracks before returning to it's home in Babylon. The TC-82 is a Track Geometry Vehicle built by Plasser American Corporation for track inspections throughout the Long Island Rail Road system.
