The sun has just set and the last rays of evening sunlight warm the backs of boaters lined up waiting for the The Pere Marquette #370 to pass and the swing bridge to open again. Its a quarter after 9 and the long summer days have left just enough light to capture this image shortly after departing the beachside Benton Harbor/Saint Joseph station.
