| This day, the Re 465 # 014 of the BLS made test runs on the Gotthard north ramp in behalf of SBB infrastructure. The locomotive was equipped with test wheels on two axles and two passenger cars (type EW IV) of the SBB served as brake cars. Test train 97428 from G?schenen to Erstfeld is leaving the Wattinger loop tunnel and crossing the 38 meter long lower Wattinger bridge over the Reuss, between Wassen and Gurtnellen. The river has more water then usual, but it is clear again after the flood some days ago. Most of the water is used for the production of electricity in the SBB power plant in Wassen |
