    Remarks & Notes
Foreign power leading, is just something we just don't get here on the UP in Utah. The problem is that anything that heads east of Ogden on the overland route is required to have cab controls. It makes the chances of foreign railroad locomotive in the lead almost impossible. It was such a beautiful site to come around the curve at Smelter and have this CP power staring me in the face. This train came down from Idaho on the Ogden Sub. So no need to add a UP leader for cab controls.
