| After a westbound Z-train ran around BNSF 6986, BNSF 7954 was given a green light to proceed east up towards Abo Canyon. The dispatcher had to wait for the Z-train to clear the blocks ahead and an empty track in the Belen yard before he gave BNSF 6986 a green light to proceed down the hill. |
