| Regional train R 331 of the Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn (MGBahn) from Visp to Zermatt is crossing the 66 meter long concrete Mühlebach viaduct between Stalden-Saas and Kalpetran. This viaduct was built in 1959 new in concrete, replacing a bow truss bridge of 1891. The cogwheel railcar Deh 4/4 # 23 "Randa", built in 1975 for the Brig-Visp-Zermatt Bahn (BVZ) is pulling the 4 car push-pull train, which has a partly lowfloor multifunction car of StadlerRail in the consist. |
