          Remarks & Notes
ALCO Safari Day 8, Delaware Lackawanna: Now that the big power is tied down for the day at Steamtown, the crew of DL3 jumps on the local power, and heads across Lackawanna Ave, towards the Von Storch shops. DL 211 has had an interesting life, built in 4/1962 as Southern Pacific 7302, and has worked for Crystal Car Line, East Tennessee Railway, and Tishomingo Railroad, before coming to the Delaware Lackawanna.

Don Colangelo, retired CMO (and sometimes piano player) at the DL Scranton shops cared for the many ALCOs, MLWs and a few EMDs that passed in and out of South Scranton and Von Storch shop doors. Here is a look and many of those units.
