| The morning sun hits the nose of the BNSF 7540 as it emerges out of Nelson Tunnel. Nelson Tunnel is the only double track tunnel built by the Santa Fe. With the triple track project of Cajon Pass, resulting in the daylighting of two tunnels, Nelson became the only tunnel on BNSF's Southern Transcon. |
