| A weekend Amtrak California train passes two stored dash-8s in Oakland. The last time i recall these units being used was during the aftermath of the Montecito Fire in 2018. Heavy rains following the fire created a debris flow that washed out the 101, necessitating the need of the extra trains led by these surplus units. |
