Precision Locomotive Leasing MPI MP20B-3 PNLX 2107 and PNLX 9619 GP40-2LW sit surrounded by the ghostly remains of the once busy CSX Croton West Yard in Croton-on-Hudson, NY while awaiting interchange to Metro North-Railroad. The duo is on lease to Metro-North for cable digging on the upper Hudson Line.
