| A fairly late 119 skirts Nipigon Bay beneath the undulating terrain, rocky outcroppings, and fall colours, heading west out of Nipigon towards Thunder Bay. A close look will reveal the abandoned CN Kinghorn Sub in front of the train which paralleled the CP tracks all along the bay before crossing under them in Nipigon heading towards Longlac. One could only wonder what a great spot for a “meet” shot this would have been before the last train ran in 2005. |
