A Rare Loco. This Is an MLW M420TR It is one of only 17 built. 2 were built for the Roberval and Saguenay in Canada and the rest were built for the FCP in Mexico. They were used in all kinds of service even passenger when called for. this unit was in the servicing area with a U23b
