A contractor fuels locomotives on a special Amtrak train at Redding, California. The "Shasta Daylight 1990" had run from Portland, Oregon to Redding the previous day. Once the train is ready to go, it will pull into the passenger station and entrain its passengers for the return to the Rose City.
