On this day, a rather authentic steam passenger train of the 1920'/1930' circulated from Zürich to G?schenen and back, organized by some enthusiast of the association steam group Zürich (Verein Dampfgruppe Zürich, VDZ). In Erstfeld, the B 3/4 # 1367 of SBB Historic, based in Brugg AG, is moving to take water, to run up unassisted the 2.6 % grade of the northern Gotthard ramp to G?schenen.
