| It's a cold and rainy morning in Lansing, Michigan as the Jackson & Lansing Railroad rolls alongside Clare Street and heads towards the CN interchange with a train primarily made up of coal hoppers coming out of storage. In the background are the empty lots that were once the site of a General Motors manufacturing plant. |
