YPBN15 brings the rear portion of an outbound BNSF intermodal over Badger Bridge, where they'll clear up to allow a boat to pass. The train originated on the LAXT Loop track, once the bridge is re-lowered they'll shove the train onto the Pier W Lead, then run to Long Beach to pick up the head end of the train. After bringing the second cut to Pier W, they'll move onto their next assignment. The structure to the right of the bridge houses the PHL dispatching office.
