First FEC Train 336 over the new Crane Creek Bridge
FEC rock train 336 uses, for the first time, the new bridge across the Crane Creek in downtown Melbourne. Traffic has now been diverted from the old FEC bridge on the left to the new bridge, allowing crews to begin removing the rails from the old bridge. Soon the old bridge will be removed and construction will begin on the second new bridge. All of this is for the new Brightline high speed passenger service between Miami and Orlando. |
