| All three tracks at Watts are filled, bringing back a taste of the line's glory days in the Pacific Electric era. Blue Line trains arrive and depart the station here as the El Segundo Local enters the brief portion of single track on the Wilmington Sub at CP WI057. They'll soon enter the El Segundo Industrial Lead at the hand throw "Torrance/El Segundo switch" located between the bottom of the frame and myself. Since most traffic here takes the branch, the turnout is generally left reversed, which means most trains have to get talked by a stop signal at the interlocking above. |
